How long does it take to get an appointment?

Generally, we can schedule a new in taken within 7-10 days, sometimes sooner.  We take hospital discharges.  We will see current consumers sooner based on crisis, or urgent Mental health needs between 2 hours and  48 hours depending on needs.  We ask that you call the after hours clinician extension.  If we are not immediately available  and you have a Mental health crisis  something that can not wait 2 hours, call Partners Behavioral Health at 1-833-353-2093.   If you are experiencing a life, health or safety emergency please dial 911 or go to your local emergency services or Hospital.  We have contracts with other third parties and agreements to see their consumers within a certain time frame. Generally, we are by appointment only.  Also for your information, National Suicide Hotline is 1-800-273-8255 (available 24/7).


What insurances do you accept?

We continue to take most all insurances including in network for Medicaid ( all MCOs and all statewide comercial managed plans. /Health choice, BCBS, Aetna, Optum/UHC, Cigna, Humana, Medcost (CBHA), Tricare and Medicare,  Oscar, Friday, AMbetter. (not in network for  blueValue/blueLocal plans). We are in network for many Employee Assistance Programs (EAP). We also do a limited number of sliding scale based on income or needs, and a limited number of pro bono cases. This is by prior agreement only.


What is your hours of operation?

We are generally open Monday though Friday 8:00 am til 8:00 pm and Saturday & Sundays by appointment only. This will vary due to provider’s schedule, holidays, weather.   We have clinical coverage available 24/7/365, please contact us by phone at 704-918-1343, listen to the message. What is the cost for services?

As a service to you, the clinic will bill insurances, but cannot guarantee such benefits or the amount covered, payers may consider certain services as not reasonable or necessary or may determine that services are not covered or that you have not met your deductible/coinsurance.  We attempt to provide estimates of likely outcomes based on prior experience with your insurer. Insurance deductibles, co-payments and Coinsurance are due at the time of service. We do accept insurance assignment. That means if you have insurance we will accept their rates for our services. Clients will be considered for income sensitive adjustments per request and upon mutual agreement.  We charge our clients the usual and customary rates for the area.  ( self pay rate) Initial intake/Comprehensive Clinical Assessment $150, Therapy services are $120.00 per hour ($150/$120).  The average cost for those requesting sliding scale is $100/$80. Court testimony is charged up to $1500 per day plus reasonable travel and accommodation cost. The fee schedule for Family Mediation, Parent Coordination, SOSE may vary. Psychiatric Services are insurance specialist rate does apply. We do accept insurance assignment, for cash pay we charge $180-$250 for initial, and follow ups are $90-$120 ( depending if one sees MD or PMHNP/PA-C).   Psychological assessments are generally $800-$1800 depending on the number of testing batteries and times used by the psychologist.  Very brief assessments used for i.e. homeschool advancements are much less.  $100 deposit will be charged for psychological assessments appointments scheduled for private pay.  Missed appointments or cancellations less than 24 hours prior to the appointment may be charged for missed appointments, though we may waive the fee upon request.
