New Consumers
New Patients: Three options to get started.
#1. Preferred method. Save time use secure Esign documents to do the initial intake paperwork & screening on your phone, tablet or computer so that you are set to be scheduled by our staff. Available 24/7. Fastest and most efficient way. Then send pictures of the front and back of your Insurance card, and Gov’t ID to [email protected]
#2. Option call or email us at referral.westcounseling.info or call 704-918-1343 ext 0. A staff member will take some basic info and send you a link for the patient portal. Available during business hours, and when we can answer the phone. Must be registered first.
#3. Options 3, download our PDFs, fill out the forms and scan, fax email the forms back to us.

FYI: If you are new to services here, we will do a CCA or comprehensive clinical assessment prior to all services including Counseling, Psychiatric Services, and Psychological Services. If you are actively involved with clinical services elsewhere and are a psychiatry referral we will need your clinical home to send us a recent CCA. If you are a referral for a psychological assessment, we will need to do a CCA or and update to gather needed information and releases prior to conducting psychological testing.
