ISSUES AND POPULATIONS WE TREAT

Ages we treat:  3 years old to 99 years old. That being said, at various times we may or may not have availability for patients in a given age range, which may mean that a person could be put on a wait list for providers that provide services for a given age group.

Age groups:  Pediatric: young children, school age children-Elementary age, Middle school aged, High school aged, (for individuals utilizing Medicaid this is under 19 years old). We provide services for young adults to seasoned adults ages 18-99 years old. 

Various treatment modalities for mental health include:

  • Individual counseling for various ages, this will involve treatment that is 1:1 with a provider, or with an individual and 1or more support individuals/family members.

  • EAP or Employee Assistance Programs

  • Family counseling. This may involve individuals served and identified as the patient or Identified person.  Though, within families many relationships are present, so with children we often have family counseling or counseling with the multiple supports i.e. parents and or additional siblings or supports, each session or at intervals. This may include reunification services.

  • Marriage Counseling for couples that need support for their relationship. This may be premarital, marital or divorce support related. Parental Coordination may be available.

  • Group Counseling. Various issues/ see current listing. This may be issues/population related with pediatric or adults’ groups of 4-12 individuals.

  • Psychiatric Medical Care, to determine identify underlying medical issues and medical treatment options to management a condition.

  • Psychological testing and assessments.

We do provide services for individuals that have experienced certain situations:

Veterans of the military, First Responders -police/ fire/EMS. We will always look to support and may availably service for members of this class.

We treat individuals from various backgrounds as we have providers from numerous backgrounds: We have providers that are of African descent, Native, Hispanic descent, European descent, Asian Descent. We have providers with various language/bilingual skills such as Spanish/English, Korean/English, Indian/English.  These are provider specific and may change or may not be available at any given time.

We treat court/law involved individuals and can-do specialized assessments for the courts dealing with competency, aspects of custody, sexual harm assessments/risk, Parental Alienation, Parental Coordination. Individuals involved with Social Services, and Juvenile services, Correction services. Mandated treatment. We do not discriminate.
